The Ynfluence Square project has just been completed.
Vesta-System equips 6 buildings of the Ynfluence Square project, which is conducted by Icade in the Confluence district in Lyon. The project encompasses 8 buildings, 6 of which devoted to housing, proposes 234 apartments, 134 targeting social and intermediate housing, et 100 being sold as new property. Alliade, Groupe Action Logement and CDC Habitat have been associated to the project.
Vesta-System equips all 234 apartments with its solution Vesta Energy. Heating and shutters are controlled separately in each room. Vesta Energy is connected to a weather station at the top of the buildings. Vesta Energy uses user presence information to improve energy consumption and comfort. Intercoms are integrated in the user interface in partnership with Comelit.
Heating is delivered by a local heating grid.
Vesta Energy also uploads data related to calories, cold and hot water, and electricity, and reports this information back to property management. The project verification bureau as well as the local Public Urban Company SPL Confluence may access this data. All this information is shared while strictly complying with users’ privacy.
The partnership was agreed on in 2012, the project signed in 2013, and first deliveries occurred in 2017. This is an exemplary project, a window display of how Vesta Energy’s intelligence can provide users with comfort and energy efficiency at the same time.
This achievement shows that Vesta-System’s technology is ready for deployment in any new housing building.
